Purcell is considering
Cannot sign stamkos to that amount of money due to budget problems - My suggestion: wait until half way or so through the season your team is a winning team meaning your budget will most likely increase giving you more than enough room to sign him.
Conolly is not interested in negotiating a contract right now.
